V.34+ modem card is designed according
to the international CCITT specification. This will communicate with other vendors V.34+,
compatible modems.
This has been designed to be used in Indian data Network of Dept of Telecommunication.
This card is of 6U height and width of 5T (25.4 mm)
The modem card is compatible to DOT specification. Hence, the card can be inserted into a
6U subrack or a stand-alone unit.
The modem can operate in full duplex on two wire and performs in both leased and dialup
network at speed of 14400bps.
The modem's full duplex performance at high speed over 2 wire is made possible through the
latest trellis coding. Echo cancellation and automatic adaptive equalisation techniques.
The HTL V.34+'s command mode provides a wide range of capabilities through the use of AT
COMMAND set.
The most significant feature like MNP class 4 makes the modem more reliable even under
adverse line conditions.
In addition, the most advance feature like MNP class 5 compression technique increases the
modem throughput by a ratio of 2:1.
The modem diagnostics include CCITT V.54 test features like local analog loop back,
automatic remote digital loop back with the help of switches. These features provide
simple and economical means of fault detection, isolation.
The modem cards are compatible to DOT specification. In addition, can be inserted into a
standard 6U subrack (ND405) or a standard 6U-standalone enclosure (ND406). |
