bis Error Correction Data Modem (Std Model)
 V.22bis modems are
high speed, high performance modems for full duplex operation over 2-wire leased or
switched lines.
The modem is designed according to the international CCITT specification and TEC, DOT
specifications. It supports data rates of 2400 / 1200 / 300 BPS.
The modem incorporates error correction features as per MNP class 4 and data compression
as per MNP class 5. Other special features include implementation of enhanced AT command
set, built-in non-volatile memory to store configuration, auto-dial, auto-answer,
auto-speed recognition and CCITT V.54 test facilities like local loop and Remote loop.
V.22bis modems are available as table top standalone model with external power supply
unit.
