Act in Chennai, India in 1960 as a Public Sector Under Ministry of Communications to
manufacture teleprinters for the national telecom network. With changes in technology, sea
changes in market and customer preferences, the company embarked on an aggressive
diversification plan to become a multi-product company. Through a saga of perseverance and
persuasion, diligence and dedication to survive, it has become a leader in the field of
