The main Distribution Frame for RAX 128p is of wall mountable type having two parts, VIZ. Wall mount frame and hinged panel. The Frame is made of anodized Aluminum material for better finish and insulation. The hinged angel is an openable one, on which the fuse mount assembly, connector modules and label holders are assembled.

The Main Distribution Frame is equipped with LSA plus 2/10 disconnection modules capable of taking insulation displacement connections for the conductor diameter of 0.4 to 0.8mm. , with an overall diameter including the insulation upto 1.5mm. Provisions are made for jumpering between line side and exchange side by providing jumper rings. Protective elements like anti-surge fuses of 200mA and 3 terminal gas discharge tubes are used in the circuit. Add-on arrestor magazines are used for easy and quick replacement of G.D. Tubes.

The Main Distribution Frames are supplied with insertion tool for making IDC connections, 2/4 - 4 Pole Test Cord for testing with the line side or exchange side isolation, patch cords and hand tools etc. Main Distribution Frame for 512P Max. is floor mountable
