Digital Circuit Multiplication Equipment DTX-360

OVERVIEW

The DTX-360 Digital Circuit Multiplication Equipment (DCME) is the latest addition to HTL's family of Telecommunication products. It is designed to provide   global solutions to present and future Digital signal compression requirements in telecommunication.

Using DSI (Digital Speech Interpolation), LRE (ADPCM/LDCELP), VBR (Variable Bits Rate and Fax Demodulation/Modulation techniques, the DTX-360 enables a maximum effective compression of transmisssion facilities in digital operating environments, together with a high level of signal quality and system reliability.

Each DTX-360 terminal accepts upto 360 trunk channels, carrying 64 Kbps signal (12 E1 Trunks) of speech voice-band data (non-fax), fax and inter-exchange signaling types. After effective compression these signals are transmitted to the receiving end DTX360(s) over single E1 bit-stream Bearer. The receiving end DTX 360 (s) decompresses and restores the original signals.
